Corporeal Arts Incorporated

Founded in 2001 by Selma and William Treviño, Corporeal Arts Incorporated is a non-profit theatre company dedicated to adapting and creating new works from non-dramatic sources.  They use corporeal arts (forms that are primarily expressed through the body—such as mime, martial arts, and dance) to devise physically engaging theatre performances.  Their previous works (Mirrors, After Hours, and Tamar & Amnon) have been performed in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and upstate New York, as well as in various locations in California, Brazil, and Finland.  The company also offers professional workshops in devising physical theatre.
